1994 No. 79 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1.1 Regulation 7 commences on the date of commencement of section 21 of the
Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993.

1.2 Regulations 4, 8 and 12 commence on the date of commencement of section 31
of the Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993.

1.3 Regulations 3, 9, 10 and 11 commence on the date of commencement of
Divisions 2, 3 and 4 of Part 7 of the Industrial Relations Reform Act 1993.
