1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of the Industrial
Relations Amendment Act 1994.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 6 (Prescribed tribunals subsections 40 (1), 40
(2) and 21 (5) of the Act)


  3.1 Subparagraph 6 (a) (ii):
  Omit "and".

  3.2 Paragraph 6 (a):
  Add at the end:
    "(iii) Administrative Appeals Tribunal;
    (iv) Security Appeals Tribunal;
    (v) National Native Title Tribunal; and".
