3.1 Subparagraph 22 (1) (b) (ii):

 Omit "Master Builders' Association",
substitute "Master Builders' Construction and Housing Association".
3.2 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (i): Add at the end "and".
3.3 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (ii): Omit "Master Builders' Association of the
Northern Territory;", substitute "Territory Construction Association; and".
3.4 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (iii): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:

"(iii) the Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc; and".
3.5 Paragraph 22 (1) (c): Add at the end:

"; and (v) the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employer
Association Limited.".
