1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 March 1993.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 22 (Proposed variation of common rules: notice of hearing
by the Commission)


  3.1 Subparagraph  22 (1) (b) (ii):
Omit "Master Builders' Association", substitute "Master Builders'
Construction and Housing Association".
  3.2 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (i):
Add at the end "and".
  3.3 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (ii):
Omit "Master Builders' Association of the Northern Territory;",
substitute "Territory Construction Association; and".
  3.4 Subparagraph 22 (1) (c) (iii):
Omit the subparagraph, substitute:
  "(iii) the Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc; and".
  3.5 Paragraph 22 (1) (c):
Add at the end:
  "; and (v) the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employer
Association Limited.".
