1.  Amendment


  1.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48)

2.  New regulation 119B


  2.1 After regulation 119A, insert:
Prescribed State Act-Schedule 4 to the Act
  "119B. For the purposes of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Industrial Relations
Act (S.A.) 1972 of the State of South Australia is a prescribed State Act.".
