1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 8
Representation of certain persons by unregistered associations
8. Where a party to a proceeding before the Commission is an employer who is a
member of an association of employers, being an association that is not
registered under the Act, the party may be represented by an officer or
employee of that association.
