1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 79

Prescribed matters-subsection 238 (2) of the Act 
79. For the purposes of subsection 238 (2) of the Act, the following matters
are prescribed:

   (a)  any proposed alteration in the name of an existing organisation
        concerned in the proposed amalgamation;

   (b)  any proposed alterations of the eligibility rules of an existing
        organisation concerned in the proposed amalgamation.
