1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 49

49. (1) Where an application has been made under subregulation 48 (1), the
Industrial Registrar shall cause:

   (a)  a notice of the receipt of the application to be published in the
        Gazette; and

   (b)  a copy of the notice so published to be forwarded to each registered
        organisation as soon as practicable after that publication.

(2) The notice published under paragraph (1) (a) shall set out such
information concerning the nature and effect of the proposed change or
alteration as is contained in the application to which the notice relates.
