1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"approved form" means a form approved by the President for the purposes of the
provision in which the expression is used;

"Form" means a form set out in Schedule 1;

"the Act" means the Industrial Relations Act 1988.
