1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 137
Payment of unclaimed moneys to Commonwealth
137. An employer who desires to pay an amount of money to the Commonwealth in
accordance with section 180 of the Act may pay the amount to an officer of the
Department of Industrial Relations who is a Collector of Public Moneys.
