13. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), a person directed to attend a compulsory
conference under section 119 of the Act shall be paid by the Commonwealth:

   (a)  such allowances as the Minister determines;

   (b)  the amount of any salary, wages or other earnings actually lost by the
        person during the time spent in travelling and attending the
        conference; and

   (c)  the amount of any travelling expenses actually and properly incurred
        by the person.

(2) A payment shall not be made under subregulation (1) unless certified by a
Registrar.
