  1.1 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

  2.1 The Insurance Contracts Regulations are amended as set out in 
these Regulations.

3. Regulation 36 (Financial sector supervisory agencies (Act, s 11F))


  3.1 After paragraph 36 (c), insert:
  "(ca) Motor Accident Insurance Commission, Queensland;".

  3.2 Paragraph 36 (f):
  Omit the paragraph.
