1     Name of Regulations

            These Regulations are the Independent Contractors Amendment
Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2     Commencement

            These Regulations commence as follows:
      (a)   on 1 July 2010 - regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
      (b)   on the commencement of the Building and Construction Industry
Security of Payment Act 2009 (SA) - regulation 4 and Schedule 2.

3     Amendment of Independent Contractors Regulations 2007

            Schedule 1 amends the Independent Contractors Regulations 2007.

4     Amendment of Independent Contractors Regulations 2007

            Schedule 2 amends the Independent Contractors Regulations 2007.
