  1.1 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

  2.1 The Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Regulations are amended as 
set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 15 (Financial sector supervisory agencies (Act, s 34U))


  3.1 After paragraph 15 (c), insert:
  "(ca) Motor Accident Insurance Commission, Queensland;".

  3.2 Paragraph 15 (f):
  Omit the paragraph.
