HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY SERVICES TABLE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 339 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2006 to reinstate an exemption to coning that was omitted in error in the amendments made on 1 May 2007. This exemption has been backdated to ensure continuity and to ensure that no patients are disadvantaged.
