- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2006 as part of the consequential amendment and repeal of regulations associated with the commencement of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007, the Private Health Insurance (Transitional Provisions and Cnsequential Amendments) Act 2007 and associated private health insurance levies legislation.
