1. Amendment


  1.1 The Health Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

  2.1 Part 4, items 2 and 3:
Omit the items, substitute:
  "2    Commissioner, position number, 7106/01,
        Health Care Complaints Commission
  3     Deputy Commissioner, position number 7106/61,
        Health Care Complaints Commission
  4     Legal Co-Ordinator, position number 7106/24,
        Health Care Complaints Commission".

  2.2 Part 5, item 1:
Omit "Medical Board of Victoria", substitute "Medical Practitioners Board of
Victoria".

  2.3 Part 5, item 5:
Omit "Medical Board of Tasmania", substitute "Medical Council of Tasmania".
