  Prescribed authorities for the purposes of paragraph 130 (3) (b) of the Act.


  Regulation 9B of the Health Insurance Regulations is amended by inserting
after sub-regulation (2) the following sub-regulation:
  "(2A) For the purposes of paragraph 130 (3) (b) of the Act, the Secretary of
the Department of Veterans' Affairs is a prescribed person.".
