HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1985 NO. 36 HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1985 NO. 36 - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. 1985 No. 36 HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 After regulation 2ADA of the Health Insurance Regulations the following regulation is inserted: Medicare benefit not payable in respect of certain professional services "2ADB. (1) Unless the Minister otherwise directs, medicare benefits are not payable in respect of professional services rendered in prescribed circumstances.
