HEALTH INSURANCE (DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES TABLE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 5) (SLI NO 224 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2006 to enable Medicare benefits to be paid from the day after the Regulations are registered, for certain MRI services performed using specified equipment at Sunshine Public Hospital at St. Albans in Victoria.
