4. Regulation 4A (Modification of Part V of the Act)

4.1 Omit "3E and 4;", substitute "3E, 3G and 4:'.
4.2 Paragraph 4A (a) (inserted paragraph 32A (1) (c)): Omit "3B and 3C",
substitute "3B, 3C and 3G".
