1988 No. 235 GRAIN LEGUMES LEVY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

Prescribed seeds for purposes of the definition of "leviable grain legumes" in subsection 4 (1) of the Act

2. Regulation 4 of the Grain Legumes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting
"kind, being seeds of leguminous plants, are prescribed, namely, seeds of the
plant species Vicia faba." and substituting "kinds, being seeds of leguminous
plants, are prescribed:

   (a)  seeds of the plant species Vicia faba, Cicer arietinum, Vigna radiata
        and Cajanus cajan; and

   (b)  seeds of the peanut plant.".
