1987 No. 77 FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act"
means the Foreign States Immunities Act 1985. Provisions of laws prescribed
for the purposes of section 20 of the Act
3. For the purposes of section 20 of the Act, the provisions of each of the
State Acts, Acts of the Northern Territory and Ordinances of the Australian
Capital Territory specified in a Part of the Schedule are prescribed.
