These Regulations may be cited as the Foreign States Immunities Regulations. 1987 No. 77 FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES REGULATIONS - REG 2 Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act" means the Foreign States Immunities Act 1985. Provisions of laws prescribed for the purposes of section 20 of the Act 3.
