FISHERIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 83 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation Regulations 1991 to set and allow a proportion of levies collected from Commonwealth fishers to be transferred to the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation (FRDC). This amendment provides the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry with the authority to transfer these funds to the FRDC.
