1988 No. 81 FISHERIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Weekly return relating to gemfish 
Regulation 15A of the Fisheries Regulations is amended by inserting at the
foot of subregulations (2) and (6) the following penalty:

"Penalty:

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-$2,000; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-$10,000.".
