1986 No. 36 FINANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Persons to whom accounts may be paid

Regulation 68 of the Finance Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (c) the following paragraph:

"(ca) to a person authorized to receive payment by a financial institution
authorized by the claimant to receive payment under paragraph (c);"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "paragraph (b) or paragraph (c) of
        the last preceding sub-regulation" and substituting "paragraph (2)
        (b), (c) or (ca)".
