Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Freedom of
Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

  2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting-
  "Housing Branch Advisory Committee".

  3. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by inserting after Item 49 the following item:

  (b)  by inserting after Item 81 the following item:
     "81A. Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal Secretary";
  (c)  by omitting Item 89; and
  (d)  by omitting Item 100A.
