FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 53 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982 to prescribe, for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, (a) the CEO of the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia (FMC) as the 'principal officer', and (b) the Attorney-General as the 'responsible Minister' in respect of the FMC.
