FISHERIES LEVY (TORRES STRAIT PRAWN FISHERY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 2 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998 to give effect to the Torres Strait Protected Zone Joint Authority's (PJZA) to set a levy of $5,833.39 per licence and $32.35 for each allocated unit of fishing effort for the 2009 season.
