1989 No. 15 FISHERIES LEVY (SOUTHERN SHARK FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 

Regulation 4 of the Fisheries Levy (Southern Shark Fishery) Regulations is
amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subregulation (1) "$250" and substituting "$350";

   (b)  by omitting from subregulation (2) "$250" and substituting "$350".
