Order 34, rule 7 (Who may take proceedings) 1994 No. 61 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 1 1. Amendment 1.1 The Family Law Rules are amended as set out in these Rules. (NOTE: These Rules commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.) 1994 No. 61 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 2 2. Order 34, rule 7 (Who may take proceedings) 2.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Who may take proceedings "7. (1) Application may be made to the court, by filing an application, in accordance with Form 48 or Form 49, that any person alleged to have committed an offence or to be guilty of a failure to comply of a kind referred to in subrule 6 (1) or to have failed to comply with any other order made by the court or with a condition of a recognizance, be dealt with for that offence or failure to comply.
