- Description:These Regulations amend the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008 to substitute a new form of certificate able to be issued by a family dispute practitioner, reflecting an additional circumstance in which a family dispute practitioner may issue such a certificate.
