   Family Law Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2)1

   I, PHILIP MICHAEL  JEFFERY,  Governor-General  of  the  Commonwealth  of
   Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make
   the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

1     Name of Regulations

            These Regulations are the Family Law Amendment Regulations  2007
        (No. 2).

2     Commencement

            These Regulations commence on  the  commencement  of  subsection
        69ZX (4) of the Act.

3     Amendment of Family Law Regulations 1984

            Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Regulations 1984.

                   (regulation 3)


[1]   After regulation 12CD

        insert

12CE  Evidence relating to professional confidential relationship
        privilege - prescribed laws

            For paragraph 69ZX (4) (b) of the Act, each law mentioned in  an
        item in Schedule 9A, being a law of the State or Territory mentioned
        in the item, is prescribed.

[2]   After Schedule 9

        insert

Schedule 9A Professional confidential relationship privilege - prescribed
                   laws
                   (regulation 12CE)
