FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 256 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Family Law Regulations 1984 to increase the divorce fee in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island. This will align the filing fee for divorce applications across jurisdictions.
