FAMILY LAW (SUPERANNUATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 89 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2001 to support amendments to Part VIIIB of the Family Law Act 1975, made by the Family Law Amendment (Annuities) Act 2004, extending Part VIIIB to interests in superannuation-like annuity products.
