  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 29 April 1985.

  2. Regulation 4 of the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Collection
Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "regulation 22 of
the Export Control (General) Regulations" and substituting "orders made under
regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations".
