FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 34.67

                A subpoena to which this Division applies must be in accordance with:

                (a)    for a subpoena to give evidence -- Form 98A; or

               (b)    for a subpoena to produce documents -- Form 98B;

                (c)    for a subpoena to give evidence and produce documents -- Form 98C.
