FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 30.33

                If a party or a witness is in lawful custody, the Court may make an order:

                (a)    that the party or the witness be produced; and

               (b)    for the continuing custody of the party or the witness.
