FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 28.24

                If the mediator considers that a mediation should not continue, the mediator must:

                (a)    terminate the mediation; and

               (b)    report to the Court on the outcome of the mediation.
