FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 2.41
Establishment of Litigants' Fund(1) The Registrar will establish with a bank an account entitled 'Federal Court of Australia Official Exempt SPM Litigants' Fund'.
(2) The Litigants' Fund comprises the money standing, from time to time, to the credit of the account established under subrule (1).
