FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 11.04
Address for service -- partnership(1) If an originating application claims that 2 or more persons are liable as partners, a person who is served with the originating application must file a notice of address for service in the person's name.
(2) However, the proceeding continues in the partnership name.
