FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 10.28
Service under agreement(1) If a respondent in a proceeding has agreed that an originating application or other document in the proceeding may be served on the respondent, or on another person for the respondent, in a way or at a place mentioned in the agreement, the document may be served in accordance with the agreement.
(2) If an applicant in a proceeding has agreed that a document in the proceeding may be served on the applicant, or on another person for the applicant, in a way or at a place mentioned in the agreement, the document may be served in accordance with the agreement.
