EXTRADITION (UNITED MEXICAN STATES) REGULATIONS 1991 No. 36 - REG 5.
Application of Act
5. The Act applies in relation to Mexico subject to the Treaty on Extradition
between Australia and Mexico done at Canberra on 22 June 1990 (being the
treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out in the Schedule).
