  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 1988.

Rates of charge


  2. Regulation 5 of the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations is
amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subparagraph (1) (c) (i) "13" and substituting "17";
  (b)  by omitting from subparagraph (1) (c) (ii) "16" and substituting "20";
and
  (c)  by omitting from subparagraph (1) (c) "48" and substituting "60".
