Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Eggs (Export Inspection Charge)
Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.

Interpretation


  3. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Eggs (Export Inspection Charge)
Act 1982.

Rates of charge


  4. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge
applicable to a class of eggs specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the
rate specified in column 2 of the Schedule opposite to the reference to that
class in column 1.
