Regulations 1985.

(1) Schedule, after item 2
  insert
3     Grain that:
      (a) is shipped for export in a container system unit; and
      (b) is prepared for export using a system implemented under a 
          certification assurance arrangement
                            50 cents for each tonne or part of a tonne
