1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 7

7. Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Modifications of the Exports (Grain) Regulations

"13. For the purposes of paragraph 5 (f), the Exports (Grain) Regulations
shall be read subject to these Regulations and as if-

   (a)  a reference to an officer were a reference to an authorized officer;
        and

   (b)  paragraph 7 (aa) of those Regulations were omitted.".
