In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Export Control (General) Regulations. 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 Modifications of the Exports (Canned and Frozen Fruits) Regulations 2. Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and (b) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph: "; and (e) 'under the supervision of an officer' were omitted from paragraph 8 (1) (a) of those Regulations.". 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 Modifications of the Exports (Dried Fruits) Regulations 3. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and (b) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph: "; and (e) sub-regulation 21 (3) of those Regulations were omitted.". 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4 Modifications of the Exports (Fish) Regulations 4. Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and (b) by adding at the end thereof the following paragraphs: "; (e) 'and' were omitted from sub-paragraph 18 (2) (b) (ii) of those Regulations; and (f) paragraph 18 (2) (c) of those Regulations were omitted.". 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5 Modifications of the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations 5. Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and (b) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph: "; and (e) sub-regulation 21 (3) of those Regulations were omitted.". 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6 Modifications of the Exports (Fresh Vegetables) Regulations 6. Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and (b) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph: "; and (e) sub-regulation 17 (3) of those Regulations were omitted.". 1984 No. 31 EXPORT CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 7 7. Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted: Modifications of the Exports (Grain) Regulations "13.
