3. Regulation 10 (Permitted purposes for use of information on Roll)
3.1 Subparagraph 10 (a) (ii): Omit "1 July 1991", substitute "21 June 1995".
3.2 Subparagraph 10 (b) (i): Omit "Department of Health, Housing, Local
Government and Community Services", substitute "Department of Human Services
and Health".
3.3 Sub-subparagraph 10 (b) (ii) (A): Omit "Department of Health, Housing,
Local Government and Community Services", substitute "Department of Human
Services and Health ".
